Holiday Weekends
Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day
$100 per night. Minimum 3 nights
Off Season Rates
(After Labor Day Weekend, until Memorial Day Weekend)
$85.00 a night (No Minimum) Tax included.
- There is a $50.00 Fee added to the above rates. This is for Reservation Fee, Cleaning Fee & all taxes.
- 50% of Total is due upon making reservation, to hold the date.
- Remainder of balance due upon check in
- $100.00 refundable damage deposit (As long as no damge is done)
- We are Pet friendly $25.00 per day per pet or $100.00 for the week
- Cottages are Non-Smoking (If you smoke in the unit there is a $100.00 charge)
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you do not call to cancel and you do not show up your Credit Card will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
- Sheets, Towels, Dishcloths (Any Linens) & Personal Care Items are not furnished.
