Private Charter Cruises info and menus

**May to October (Monday-Friday) must have a guarantee of 60 people or pay the equivalent of 60 meals.
**May to October (Saturdays) must have a guarantee of 100 or more people or pay the equivalent of 100 meals at the 11:30-1:30 and 7:30-9:30 time slots.
**On Saturdays we offer an extra time slot of 3:30-5:30 with a guarantee of 60 people or more.
**Only 50 people are needed for a charter in the months of April, November and December.
**All prices include 2-hour cruise, meal, tax, service charge, coffee & tea.
**Each additional half hour will be $250.00
**Your choice of seated meal, Hors d’oeuvres or Economical Private Charters.
**Maximum capacity for seated meal is 112, for hors d’oeuvres is 135.
**Your choice of open bar, cash bar or per ticket sales (according to your budget)
**Wedding ceremony one-half hour before cruise at dockside is $100.00
**Bridal room available for changing on site is $50.00
To ensure that the boat is held exclusively for your group, a 10% charter fee is added to the price of your cruise.

Economical Private Cruises Info & Menus
With today’s economic crunch, Virginia Dare is trying to keep prices suitable for all our customers — so we have designed a variety of menus with lower prices. Since these prices are as low as possible, we do not offer any group rates and we need a higher number of passengers to sail. School field trips, church groups (youth & seniors), birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions or whatever your occasion may be to get together. Enjoy your next outing aboard the “Virginia Dare” for an exciting 2 hour cruise – tax and service charges are inclusive.
We do not charge the 10% Charter Fee on these cruises.

Notes:
Elementary Schools — The cost per child includes the meal, 1 ½ to 2 hour cruise depending on availability according your and our schedules, tax and service charge.
High Schools — The Hamburger/Hotdog , Barbecue or Spaghetti Cruises are recommended for high school students
