CALLING  ALL BOATS: Ever thought of your Boat being a float?? No we mean as in a parade!! Enter you Boat in the 15th Annual Flotilla for Toys Boat Parade of Lights on November 24th 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Our Mission: To raise as many Toys as we can for our LOCAL Children, and we can’t do this without your help!!

Virginia Dare puts together this Flotilla with the greatest respect to all in the Community & take the safety of everyone very seriously. Were very appreciative to the Smith Mountain Lake Fire Boats who take the time to accompany all of us in case a situation occurs. There is a Mandatory Captains meeting at 5:00pm on the day of the Flotilla. We would appreciate it if you would call in advance to sign up. Please call 540-297-7100 Ext-0.  It’s very Important for the Captain and maybe the Person assisting him/her through the Flotilla to be present for the Captains Meeting. This is a time to ask the Captain of the Virginia Dare or Management any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll at this time be given your Number that you’ll be positioned in the Flotilla. After the Flotilla is over and we return back to port, please join us on board the Virginia Dare for an After Party.  There will be a Cash Bar and Hors d’ oeuvres available. At this time Captains will be entered in a drawing to receive special Gifts donated from generous local Businesses to say a “BIG THANK YOU” for your time and effort for this wonderful cause.  You must be present at the After Party in order to be entered in the drawing.
