Private Charter Cruises info and menus

- Must have a guarantee of 60 persons minimum for private charter or pay the equivalent of 60 meals during May to October. Must have a guarantee of 100 persons minimum for Saturday cruises from 11:30 - 1:30 or 7:30 - 9:30. We do have a time slot from 3:30 - 5:30 on Saturday for 60 persons or more. Only 50 people are needed during April, November and December.
- Cruise time is 2 hours of your choice (based on availability).
- Each additional hour is $525.00 or $275.00 per 1/2 hour.
- Your choice of FULL MEAL (From our Dining Menu) or Hors d'oeuvres Packages (Listed Below).
- Maximum number of people for seated meal is 112. Maximum number of people for hors d'oeuvre cocktail cruise is 135.
- Your choice of open or cash bar. We can work with in a variety of ways according to your budget.
There is a Charter Fee of 10% of the total price of your cruise for all private charters for the boat to be yours only.
Please keep in mind that on Charter Cruises, any full menu
can be used as well as the Hors d' oeuvres packages below.

Economical Private Cruises Info & Menus
With today's ecomonic crunch, Virginia Dare is trying to keep
prices suitable for all our customers -- so we have designed
a variety of menus with lower prices. Since these prices
are as low as possible, we do not offer any group rates
and we need a higher number of passengers to sail.
We do not charge the 10% Charter Fee on these
cruises. We hope that you find a menu that will
suit your needs and budget.

Notes:
Elementary Schools -- The cost per child includes the meal, 1 1/2
to 2 hour curise depending on availability according you your and
our schedules, tax and service charge. All children must weigh at
least 80 lbs due to Coast Guard regulations for the life preservers
on board. This includes fourth graders and over. Younger, smaller
children must provide their own life preserver. Life preservers are
available for yonger/smaller children through a loaner program
with Boats US by calling 703-823-9500 ex. 3249.
High Schools -- The Hamburger/Hotdog , Barbecue or Spaghetti
Cruises are recommended for high school students
